Product return policy, purchases on FJT.lv

1. The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of refusal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the FJT.lv store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
2. The buyer sends a return request to the email address: zakaz@fjt.lv
3. The Buyer is obliged no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days after sending the notification of his exercise of the right of refusal to return the goods (if they were delivered) in the manner prescribed by clause 6.7 of these Rules. The buyer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
4. The right of refusal established in clause 6.1 of the Rules can only be exercised by the Buyer who is recognized as a consumer in accordance with the provisions of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, i.e. an individual who expresses a desire to purchase, is acquiring or is able to purchase or use a product or service for purposes not related to with his economic or professional activities.
5. The buyer (consumer) cannot use the right of refusal established by paragraph 6.1 of these Rules if any of the following circumstances are discovered:

5.1. The product is perishable or will soon (within the next 3 (three) days) expire;

5.2. The consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;

5.3. In other cases provided for by the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia
No. 255 of May 20, 2014 “Rules on distance agreements.”

6. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to present a claim to the Seller regarding a product that does not comply with the terms of the Agreement, in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, and to exercise the right provided for by this law in the manner prescribed by law.
7. The Buyer sends goods that do not comply with the terms of the Agreement or for which the right of refusal has been used by mail/courier or transfers them free of charge to the Seller, having previously agreed with the Seller by e-mail zakaz@fjt.lv the time of return of the goods. The costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods during delivery, the goods are returned to the Seller’s representative (courier) who delivered them.
8. Money paid for goods in respect of which the Buyer has used the right of withdrawal must be returned to the Buyer’s account no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s notification of the use of the right of withdrawal.
9. If the Buyer discovers that the Goods do not comply with the terms of the Agreement after receiving it, the Buyer shall report this within 72 hours after receiving the order by sending an email to zakaz@fjt.lv. After consideration of the application and in case of a positive decision for the Buyer, the money for the returned products will be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account from which the order was paid within 5 (five) business days from the date of return of the product. In case of a negative decision, the response will be sent to the Buyer by email.
